Gates Foundation: Innovation Equals Impact

Lead Scriptwriter, Concept Developer and On-ground Producer
Developed narratives for two innovation films, scripted founder journeys, and during the Niyo shoot managed production aspects: setting up shots, monitoring shoot operations.
Brief:
To spotlight agritech innovators supported by the Gates Foundation, showing how science-led solutions are helping smallholder farmers adopt sustainable, efficient, and scalable farming technologies.
The films had to be globally relevant, while retaining a tone that was fun, optimistic, and forward-thinking.
Concept:
Each film presented the founder’s journey as a story of clarity and purpose rather than technical jargon.
Multiple versions were produced: a short social cut for awareness and engagement, a leadership version featuring Bill Gates and Mark Suzman for global stakeholders, and a full-length film for broader storytelling impact. Across all versions, the narrative celebrated human ingenuity and framed innovation as tangible, exciting, and forward-looking.
